Additionally, significant layoffs occurred earlier due to M&A activities, which introduced overlapping roles within the organization.

3/2022 - 12/2022 (Laid off)
Lever (the Recruiting SaaS/ATS company) was a 250 person organization when I joined. Lever was acquired by Employ, a 950 headcount PE firm. The acquisition resulted in layoffs, which I was affected by.
